Shipping and delivery

Our shipping service providers are Deutsche Post and DHL. We deliver to Germany, to other European countries and to Switzerland. There is no minimum order value for an order in our online shop. Shipping fees apply once per order (only outside DE). Attention: For shipping outside the EU, customs fees may apply. For delivery requests outside of the above country groups, you can send an inquiry by email to info@purepaper.de or via the contact form.

The delivery time within Germany is 2-4 working days. Within Germany, shipping is free.

Transport damage, loss or defects

If you are not satisfied with anything you can always contact us, we will be happy to help you and find a suitable and fast solution for you. For DHL parcels: Please accept only undamaged parcels, otherwise you will tacitly confirm the correct receipt of the transport service. Delivered goods must be inspected immediately after receipt for defects or transport damage and any defects must be made immediately and in writing (within 7 days by letter, fax or e-mail), otherwise the goods are considered accepted.
